Our Cattle all reside on small,
family-owned and operated intergenerational farms.
All animals receive professional Veterinary care and
calves are kept with their mothers. Our cattle enjoy a diet primarily of sweet-grass and silage with gut health supplements. Steers are afforded additional acreage, more space means less stress and better beef. -
TERROIR & TASTE
Our Beef Cattle graze exclusively in the Huron Valley of SW Ontario and the Cherry Valley on the Southshore of PEI.
Rich mineral content and ideal pH levels of pasture soil directly influence the beef’s taste and nutritional profile. The quality of the sweet grass and silage delivers a warm minerality from the soil and complexity of tasting notes with a creamy finish.
